Event details

30 April 2017 - 9:00am - 1:00pm

Join Ruby from Cheshire Wildlife Trust to learn some bird songs at Marbury Country Park!

The workshop will begin looking at why bird song ID is useful, and some techniques and resources you can use to help develop your skills. We will then move onto learning some of the most common and easier songs we can hear in UK parks and gardens, as well as looking into habitats and behaviours we can look out for. The workshop will then conclude with a guided walk around the park, where we will hopefully hear many of the species from the morning’s session.

We will be meeting at the rangers cabin, Marbury Country park and will start the session indoors.
