This is a joint event with Butterfly Conservation. To celebrate the recent reopening of the boardwalk and improvements to site access, we shall be running moth traps along the boardwalk and in the woodland adjacent to the moss. It’s a few years since we last recorded at this splendid site.

Subject to cancellation if wet, cold or windy.

Please note this is bank holiday weekend.

Directions: Leave A590 on minor road sign-posted Ulpha, opposite Witherslack turn-off. After approx 1km, limited roadside parking at SD447820. Car-share if possible.
